| Supplementary Insulation Winding Wire
FWX-E |
Supplementary Insulation Wire "FWX-E" is
designed for the application in Telecommunications Network Voltage
(TNV) transformers.
- Neither margin tape nor interlayer tape is required
for transformers with FWX-E wires. As a result, even more compact
transformers can be designed and produced with higher productivity and
at lower cost. Fewer component parts are required for an FWX-E applied
transformer assembly, compared to other conventional products.
- Environmentally friendly transformers which are
disassembled and recycled with ease, can more easily be designed using
FWX-E.

Features |
 |
- Conforming to supplementary insulation under IEC and
UL
- Falling into Thermal Index Class E (120°C)*1
- Rated at 354V peak or DC of max working voltage
- Soldered without any insulation layer bared (stripped)
- Having extremely fine conductor diameters of 0.11 to
0.19mm
*1 : The UL certification requires an insulation system
in UL 1446 for Class A (105°C) or above in operation.

Dimensions |
 |
| "FWX-E" is characterized by an extruded
insulation layer of heat-resistant modified polyester resin and
polyamide resin. This was designed and developed to aid solderability
and eliminating the need for stripping and is extruded on UEW
(polyurethane wire). |
